Longlife Exhaust Systems

A major player in the custom-fit exhaust business in the United Kingdom, Longlife needed a Customer Relationship Management system that could support a large number of users and be flexible enough to support a further increase in users in the future.

The application is packed full of unique and usefull features such as the facility to email or SMS customers details of quotes, promotional literature and more. The application also tracks all sales figures and targets throughout the 17 Longlife Exhaust Centres throughout the UK.

The application is used constantly by the Workshop Technicians, Sales Team, Management and the Directors. All of the information that they need is available at the click of a button.

The back-office function are easy to use and are all controlled via a built-in administration feature. This allows Longlife to add/remove users, create new advertising campaigns and monitor all system activity.
